Meet Annabelle

Annabelle is a qualified Myotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy). Her journey into Myotherapy began over a decade ago as an athlete receiving treatment herself. It was during this time that her passion for helping others through movement, injury management, and recovery was born.

With several years of experience in sports and remedial massage, Annabelle has worked with VFL teams and elite aerobic gymnasts during their training and competition seasons. Her background in high-performance sport has given her a deep understanding of both the physical and mental demands placed on the body.

Since completing her degree, Annabelle has developed a special interest in women’s health, particularly pre and post-natal massage and manual lymphatic drainage. She uses her treatments as an opportunity to educate, empower, and support her clients whether they’re managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking to restore balance.
Outside the clinic, Annabelle enjoys staying active. She recently completed a half marathon and continues to compete in Sport Aerobics with friends. A self-confessed bookworm, she also loves cooking and spending time with her two border collies.
After years of treating clients in Kilmore, Annabelle felt inspired to create a space of her own, one that reflects her calm, nurturing approach to care.
